1. General terms

All deliveries and work are subject exclusively to the following terms and conditions of trade unless otherwise agreed in writing. Contrary terms and
conditions will not be accepted by us even if such terms and conditions are not expressly rejected

2. Order

The orders can be sent to Flat4parts by internet. We shall send at the address that you will have communicated with us. All the parts appearing on his order, with the exception of those who will not be available the day of order reception or that of the treatment. These will be later sent from availability. In case of definitive unavailability of the product, we shall exhaust definitively the order by paying off. In case the customer would have advanced the corresponding sum.
In case of cheap remainder, we save ourselves the possibility of cancelling the remainder and if necessary of paying off it (in case of pre-payment).

3. Price

All prices are subject to alteration without notice . If cost changes occur between the conclusion of the contract and delivery (e.g. on raw material and supplies, energy, personnel and machine cost, freight, contractor cost, financing), the parties shall be entitled to adjust the prices accordingly.All price are net vat.

All our sales and fournitures are payable in cash about is the method of payment.
We ask for a payment during the order by Bank card in secure payment, by account Paypal or by check only from a French bank.

5.Delay and non-payment

 In case the customer is lacking in the payment of any sum which is due to Flat4parts, we reserve the right, with or without advance notice, to suspend any delivery to the customer, until this one adjusted one or several due sums.
In case of procedure, the customer will support all the expenses engaged by "Flat4parts" for the covering of the due sums. Of express agreement, the defect of payment when due fixed pull the immediate payability on one hand of any sums remaining due, whatever is the initially planned method of payment, and on the other hand, as penalty clause, as a compensation equal to 15 % of the due sums, besides the legal interests and the possible expenses of procedure.

Flat4parts keeps the property of the possessions sold up to the effective payment of the completeness of the price in main thing and accessories. The non-payment of some term can pull the demand of the possessions. This arrangement does not put obstacle to the transfer to the customer from the warehouse, the risks of loss and deterioration of the sold possessions, as well as damages which they could cause. In application of the capacities of the Law n°90.335 of 12/05/1980, the sold possessions live our property up to complete payment of the price and its accessories.

According to the IT law and Freedom of January 6th, 1978, the customer has a right of access and a rectification to the information concerning him by e-mail via the section Contact.
Every customer of Flat4parts agrees to receive the commercial documents of Flat4parts, except opposite mention of his part.

Any representation,reproduction  complete or partial  made without the consent of the author, or Flat4parts is illicit.

Flat4parts parts are  reserved for a competition or educationaluse only.
Any use on opened road is prohibited and engages only the responsibility of the user.
